OPENING COMMENTS:
During our nearly five years of operation we have come to very
much enjoy serving the public. We receive compliments
everyday for the quality of care and service we provide in the
form of mostly verbal comments. And, I am happy to say that
with nearly a hundred thousand visits under our belt, we have
experienced very few dissatisfied patrons. A few of those
unhappy folks have posted their comments to various web-sites
for everyone to read, but we have received far more positive
comments and wanted to share some of them with you here.

although we arrived 30 minutes before closing, your staff promptly tended to our needs while
