UPPER VALLEY URGENT CARE CENTER
|
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act was created by Congress in 1996 to
ensure that privileged patient information will not be shared by name or by organizations that
handle personal health information unless a client consents. The Upper Valley Urgent Care
Center abides by the terms of that law strictly. When you "sign-in" your first time for services, you
will be asked to review our HIPAA policy and you will also be asked to signify that you have
reviewed it. You may review these terms at anytime by requesting them in writing.
